Even those few who have been promoted -usually because they have been there for many years- only make a few dollars more than new hires. The work is very monotonous and the limited skill set used is rarely beneficial for other jobs, making it difficult to find other employment after working here for more than a year. Rules are often inconsistent, sometimes literally changing from one week to the next. Most workers are kept in one large room, where the overhead lights are never turned on for some reason. Very depressing. The temperature in the main room is kept low, so be prepared to freeze your butt off in both Summer and Winter. Info.com/Zenya is a very new startup, so be prepared to be brought on temporarily, and possibly let go after a few months, as company revenue and available work fluctuates.
