A level at which I haven't experienced in multiple other companies I have been with within the similar/same space. - Insanely good product. No one wants to sell or support a product that isn't truly beneficial to the customer base, and you don't have to worry about that being an issue here. - Leadership looks to promote from within at every opportunity possible. Career progression is taken seriously on an individual level, and you will have opportunity to scale here in your career.

- There is a "Learning Curve" here that can be challenging. I personally put this as a "pro" because I like a challenge and that is important to me when joining a new org. But I can see how others might be intimidated from the high standard inforcer holds for each employee regardless of role here.

There’s great opportunity here if you’re willing to put in the work, and the company is scaling at an incredibly quick pace, which has created a lot of new opportunities. The product is genuinely very strong, which makes selling it feel like a conversation, instead of a pitch. The team culture is competitive but collaborative, supportive and friendly, not at all political. There’s very real opportunity here if you’re willing to put in the work, and the company is scaling at an incredible rate, which is exciting to be a part of.

Fast growing company, so some processes are being built as we go, and on the fly. If you need everything buttoned up and handed to you on day one, this probably isn’t the best fit, but if you’re the type who sees that as an opportunity to shape and influence things, then you’ll thrive here.
