I've been with the Company for over 3 years and have alwaysed loved it here, never had much to complain about and the team culture is awesome. About a year ago they opened an office in Sofia and we got to be heavily involved which was a great learning opportunity and good fun going there on business trips. Got to do some training with a few of the consultants as well which allowed me to grow and develop in my own role, got lots of support from management so learnt a lot, really enjoyed it. Working hours used to be 8:30 - 6:30 but was changed so now it's 5:30 finish instead and 4:30 on Fridays. Im going travelling for a year but hoping to come back after that, when I told them my travel plans we had very open and honest conversations about the future. best headhunting company to work for in my opinion. great environment and nice office, lots of support from managment and always different and interesting work. Lots of incentives and they are awesome, last year we went on an all-paid for trip to Ibiza (stayed at Ushuaia).
Minpunten
management is very strict when sending cv's to clients, everything has to go via one of the technical directors first. Also a few ppl were sacked last year when they started bulgaria, i didn't know if my role was safe or not
Pluspunten
Joined Inforom as a grad and got trained by the CEO. I was there to make a lot of money and I did, got promoted to lead a team in less than a year. Did a lot of cool incentives, went skiing and Ibiza. Had top billers lunches at sushisamba and other posh places. Moved offices to a much bigger space with a huge private balcony, nice to have lunch outdoors and play table tennis in summer. Got my mates job there as well. I left because I wanted to move abroad and spoke to the CEO about this a few months ago, we made an exit strategy and I left on good terms.
Minpunten
When I started and whenever I did a search in a new area I had to do a lot(!) of homework. Long hours on top of it. Took me a few months to make my first placement and you have to wait until the person starts until you get paid commission They had an MD that was the biggest d*ck and everyone hated (but at least he finally got fired in the beg of the year). Sometimes you end up working on the same search as someone else if you're only doing delivery which is frustrating.
