No pros....only cons...no future...bad company

*Cons:* - Very poorly managed company with no work-life balance - Salaries are not paid on time. People have worked for 2+ months without getting paid - No future growth working here - There’s no management team. One person runs the entire company - He hires people for 4–5 months, delays salaries, and makes sure the work gets done but doesn’t pay on time - The environment is frustrating and pushes people to leave

PROS has not only very smart people, but also very good people that treats each other with respect and supports each other. "Work-life balance is the most important thing for me"

The promotion guidelines are not clear also there is no clear career path for the employees
