      working with people that are hardest to help, unrealistic targets and can make you feel like you are a child at school. You get told off and be told that things will be taken away from you if you fail to meet all the standards set.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
