And unequal treatment and opportunities are given based on employees looks and preferences. 3. Some managers might put your life in a hell of a situation if you are not lucky enough. They practice micromanaging. 4. The Chennai office has the worst basic facilities at the work place. 5. The morale of the company is very low right now and it is only getting worse.
