( Everyone knows you are providing minimum benefit stated in the law. We know you obey to the law so we are unable to sue you, but please just increase your EQ. You don't need to emphasize on this like, the law only.....bla bla bla. This will make us feel bad. When i first heard this, my first impression is you are not taking me as an asset, if the law doesn't exist, you won't give me anything. 4. Lack of self-reflection - when they get poor rating on the survey from employees to them, what they have in mind is not their problems, they thought the problem is because employees don't understand the questions in the survey.
