      On-going support to the team members, a lot of positive reinforcement, favourable work environment. Professional supevisors, and a lot of opportunity for ptofessional growth.

      Minpunten

      As the company is not one of the biggest ones in the field there are not too many opportunities for the employees to have a higher position.

      Great owners who always puts clients needs first. All levels of management are supportive and invested in your personal development. This company allows you to be independent and is very trusting of their employees. The clinical director in Long beach is supportive and invested in helping all levels of clinical staff. The owners and directors leave ego's out the door. They make sure to validate everyone's concerns. Therapist in Long beach are receptive to feed back and are well trained in ABA .

      Minpunten

      The only con I can think of is driving to La Canada or Granada Hills to for monthly meetings. To maximize on time and efficiency I suggest SKYPE team meetings for BCBA's that live in the Long Beach area
