This company allows you to be independent and is very trusting of their employees. The clinical director in Long beach is supportive and invested in helping all levels of clinical staff. The owners and directors leave ego's out the door. They make sure to validate everyone's concerns. Therapist in Long beach are receptive to feed back and are well trained in ABA .

The only con I can think of is driving to La Canada or Granada Hills to for monthly meetings. To maximize on time and efficiency I suggest SKYPE team meetings for BCBA's that live in the Long Beach area
