- As a small team workload can fluctuate and at times be very high, and you have to be able to adapt rapidly to changing responsibilities and tasks.

- Everyone is willing to help and answer questions, which made the onboarding process feel less intimidating. - My supervisors are aware of my workload and make sure I don't feel like I have too many projects at one time. - It feels like a true community at work – everyone is very welcoming and the team bonding activities are always a blast. - The mission of Inklusiiv is very impactful and the focus on DEI allows me to grow professionally in an area I am passionate about.
