The organization has great employees outside of leadership, but teams are often set up for failure with lack of resources and management with unrealistic expectations who honestly don't even know what they want.
Minpunten
Leadership is full of promoted individuals who don't have truly have a gauge on how to run an effective operation. The organization's strategic plan and operations are antiquated with no desire to improve, even when team members have expressed frustrations and mentioned the need for improvements. Upper management is out of touch and often tries to appease team members with a breakfast or other gimmicks to build camaraderie every blue moon, without really trying to get to the root of the problem (their leadership) for organizational improvement. HR is a nightmare.
