Pluspunten
The people I worked with were very helpful. Also the people i was trained with were very helpful and understanding. Out all the multiple supervisors i had, only one was very understanding, and was the one that interacted the most with all the employees the most.
Minpunten
The way some employees are treated by their leads is not fair. There are a couple departments that need. The way some supervisors speak to people is not how a upper management should communicate to the employees. You see a lot of favoritism, when it comes to managers. The company itself does not know how to appreciate their employees, especially ones who have contributed a lot the company.
