• Hostile atmosphere: Owners mistreat managers, managers take it out on their teams, and employees end up at each other’s throats. • Unreasonably low pay: The compensation does not match the high demands and stress of the job. • Unsafe and inedible staff meals: Food is not just bad—it frequently causes food poisoning. Employees getting sick after eating staff meals is a common occurrence. • Severely inadequate and unsanitary facilities: Only two single-stall bathrooms for over 150 employees, and to make matters worse, the septic system is in terrible condition.
