Pluspunten
If you think receiving mediocre product samples is a pro, then maybe. The team that I left was amazing. Everyone is nice, highly capable and dependable. Teamwork was amazing, and everyone got along quite well, which is rare to me. The office was decent enough to give everyone a MacBook.
Minpunten
Awfully disorganised management. So you can only expect this issue to trickle all the way down to you. They do not manage their expectation (eg: ask for a project that should be given 3 months to be done, to be done within less than two weeks). You would have to go beyond your JD(which doesn’t exist in the contract), and they might even ask the impossible out of you. We never had a fully executed marketing plan, so everything is just a shot in the dark for them. And somehow they will find a way to blame your execution as an employee, instead of analysing what went wrong with the plan. They were never ready to hear out any of your opinions, even when it is for the benefit of the brand. They will make themselves sound like they are super capable of achieving greatness; to be frank, they really do not know what they are doing. All they are is just lucky.
