Everyone here is on top of their game and knows what they are doing, you are not dealing with coworkers who could frustrate you with their incompetence.
Minpunten
It is a small company and they see everything you do (and don't do). They have no remorse to letting you go if you don't do your work. As a start up, Innit tends to change often and if you are not adaptable, it will flush you out.
