Pluspunten
1. Employers empower employees and help them upskill
2. Employees are encouraged to speak up regarding their circumstances directly to management.
3. Work environment and culture are awesome, and the seniors really try to integrate the new hires so they can adjust quickly
4. Approachable seniors and management. They also like sharing their skills & knowledge with others; I know some company seniors or higher-ups hogging knowledge and sometimes being jealous of their juniors.
5. Flexible time schedule. Morning shift only. I can come to the office earlier than 8am just until 10am and then spend 8 hours before going home. Some of my colleagues come at 6am and 3pm on Fridays because they are far. Management is OK with it.
6. No OT is needed because the company owner himself says that you just need to spend 8 hours in the office, be productive, and then go home, relax, and party. Work is not everything.
7. If OT is REALLY needed because of circumstances, the office pays for food at times and additional pay. Management also bought a sofa bed for those who cannot go home after OT.
8. Opportunity to go abroad for work
9. Every department is encouraged to mingle with other departments to build rapport and familiarize.
10. Company is owned by Dutch and is international but follows Philippine holidays.
11. Has HMO, incentives & bonuses, yearly increase (even in the pandemic, we increased), opportunities for promotion, and fun parties
Minpunten
1. Management really needs to filter those who apply for senior positions, as there are times that they abuse power (esp., these are Filipinos too, tsk.)
2. No team building
3. Lack of manpower on some departments
4. Office is a bit cramped. Well, the company is growing, so this really needs to be considered
5. Need SOP for employees who gets disgruntled by their fellow employees (wether senior or colleague) and is having a hard time
6. Salary is OK but needs to be reviewed, especially if employee is doing more jobs than what is stated in the contract
