Upper management is consistently on a power trip - Very demanding and manipulative. Everyone is scared of Tony, Bob, and upper management; everyone talks about how bad it is, but then wakes up the next day and allows it to happen again. Personally, I was disrespected by management on a weekly basis and going to HR doesn't do anything because HR is one lady (nice lady) who can't even do anything against Tony, Bob, or upper management.
