The pay was great until business slowed down.

Minpunten

The owners and management are CLUELESS! The owners put all their eggs in one basket on “1” program they knew would end! Because the IRS made a call to put a stop to the ERC, they just literally let 90% of their entire staff go!! Didn’t even have the decency to offer a severance package! SIMPLY SAD!

However, it’s important to note that the workforce reduction was significantly less than what you’ve noted and all employees who were impacted received payment and benefits. The IRS moratorium was unexpected and required us to right-size the company during this waiting period and to support current business operations.
