Helpful coworkers but poor leadership and no pay raises - werkgeversreview C S R bij Innovative Field Services

Company has not given any pay increases to anyone since 2019. Management does not give appraisals or reviews. There is no room for growth and I feel the company leadership is not being truthful about their priorities, which seem to solely benefit themselves and a specific political group.
