The management team is unorganized and unable to handle the companies growth properly. The company is more concerned with apearances than the health of the company overall. Employees are unhappy and seeking other work but will not share with management.

-Work culture is fantastic and very inclusive -Communication is great -Documentation is spectacular -Everyone wants to see you succeed -Nobody withholds information keeping you from excelling -There is an understanding of workload and things in place to help prevent burnout -Management listens to anonymous surveys on the direction of the company/suggestions every couple weeks

-Growth of the business can be difficult to keep up with at times -On-call is crazy draining depending on the work load

When new people get hired, they find it difficult to match our standards and therefore either fit really well and stay forever or don't last very long at all
