1.salary in biggest issue in the company it tooooo late like you will get after 30 days means January salary u get on March 15 approx.salary is too low 2.so much work load. 3.Give anything to do like calling to clients data entry. 4.client site visit they give you traveling charges but it's also too late 10 days. 5.no support from seniors like if you ask for help they scold on you always. 6.Boss is so lusty. 7.Not provide basic things like water, tea, coffee. 8.no proper management dirty place to work 9.if fresher join company they will leave in 2-3 days. 10.if you take a leave like sick emergency next day manager takes a meeting and say this is not reason,bla bla. 11.Saturday is a half day but you have work full day even mostly Sunday they will ask for came office. 12.salary deduction they took deposit 10% on your basic salary each month till for 18 months. 13.no personal life like they add you on their project related whatsapp group and tell you to give support. 14.will get an offer later after 2 months if you repeatedly demands. 16.my advice is to wait for next opportunity 15.client will call you anytime.and what else...ya politics is every where.
