      Great work culture, great worklife balance, very friendly and supportive colleagues.

      Minpunten

      A bit slow moving, the CEO is a wonderful person but he's been around since the 60s and the company would probably benafit from some fresh blood.

      - Salaries are not competitive, consistently below average. - Only 2 weeks of parental leave is not enough, very outdated structure. - Company vision changes often, not always clear where we are headed. - Office is very outdated.
