You will be working at a small company that is growing fast. This leads to the following: - The pay is average - Teams are not used to large projects - Project requirements are undefined and often change - Lack of documentation on all products - The company has historically not paid finders bonuses when positions are filled by employee recommendations - The company only does a raise every 2 years (historically 4%) - The process to get a raise has taken half a year or more to be completed and applied to pay rate - Expect to be unable to cashout vacation time due to Virginia laws/company policy
