Pluspunten

Most of the people are great - honestly some of the friends I have here are the best people I've met. It was also good as a starting job straight out of college, in terms of salary. Also it is strictly 9-5, which is nice.

Minpunten

I believe your experience here really depends on your vertical and your manager, because a lot of power is given to those in leadership positions. Too much power, in some instances. Also, when you aren't in one of those higher positions (aka entry level) you are very much treated as such, and your voice and thoughts are not encouraged on a day to day basis. Also, the work is incredibly repetitive.

1. Each facet of the company is teachable and with the amazing Training Team as well as having the drive to learn anyone can certainly make a name for themselves. 2. Everyone is very willing to help you succeed, never be afraid to ask for help. 3. Competitive Salary, don't fear respectful negotiation (within reason). 4. Paid Vacation Time, Sick Time and Holiday's are generous. 5. NYC Location! 6. Team events in house or externally - great for staff camaraderie.

Minpunten

1. Commute, if not in the NYC area. 2. Oddly - Health Benefits are not the best, but there are a variety of options; costs should definitely be lower being a Health Care GPO and all. 3. Depending on the position, it can be challenging to disconnect; certainly not a typical 9-5 for some. 4. Senior Leadership should work on time management and connect with their teams more often; work related or not, a check in goes a long way.

* 9-5 job but you rarely actually work 8 hours * Sales job so can get as much out of it as you put in *Opportunity to learn about pharmaceutical industry

*Bonus structure changes constantly and hard to understand *Limited visibility into what bonus you will receive
