Innoveer is LOVED by its' clients and its' employees. Coming into work is great on a daily basis because you're always surrounded by enthusiastic, positive, and passionate people who are all willing to answer any questions you might have. The culture is very entrepreneurial and despite the fact that everyone is so talented, there are truly no ego's. They're one of the few companies that truly cares about its' employees and provides career paths.

The only downside is if you park on the street, forget to feed the meter, and get a ticket, which is easily avoidable : )

Innoveer is a fast growing company with a team-oriented culture. The no-jerks hiring policy is great, and stands true at all levels of the company. The work is interesting. As a consultant with Innoveer you get the opportunity to be client facing at all levels which is something that differs us from the big consulting firms. There are also some fun things that make the company unique, like monthly DITO (day in the office) days where all delivery employees fly in for a day of learning and collaboration, and "Show & Tell" on Fridays. As a consultant you can expect fairly frequent travel (50-75%) when you work onsite with clients. I've been happy with the leadership team at Innoveer as well. I feel like they have a clear vision for the growth and direction of the company and what we need to do to get there.
