The company is trying to create an open door policy but most of management have their doors shut during the day. To put it simply, they are attempting to implement a culture that no one in upper management follows. It's complete chaos in the office, most people get their work done when they work from home. No one can keep a meeting time. Managers are usually 10-15 minutes late or don't show up at all. In person interviews are AT LEAST 4 hours long. But not before the sometimes 1+ hour long phone screen that they conduct. Sometimes, a second phone screen has to be scheduled due to getting off topic on tangents that have nothing to do with the position. You have to have a minimum of a half hour and a white board to understand what the company even does or how it operates. They are also trying to create a collaborative environment but shun innovative and different ideas. It's management's way or the highway. If you don't meet their standards after 90 days, they will let you go. Health insurance isn't the best either.

Furthermore, we are experimenting with an innovative technology solution that gives our employees a way to provide regular, continuous feedback to one another -- including and especially our management and executive teams -- and that feedback is 100% based around our newly defined cultural values. We are also rolling out a revamped interviewing and onboarding process that supports our efforts to hire the right people for our culture, and subsequently give those team members the training and development they need to be successful. As you may suspect, those process changes are also closely tied to our cultural values. Innovu offers an excellent work-life balance with the flexibility to work remotely and wherever you reside in the country. Their product is cutting-edge, making it thrilling to be involved with such a transformative and disruptive tool in the industry.

Minpunten

Innovu faces significant challenges with structure and consistency. While their product is exceptional, the business practices used to achieve that success are questionable. The CEO highlights positive progress toward year-end goals each quarter and emphasizes the company culture for all employees, often stating that we spend more time together than with our own families (red flag). However, executive leadership seems to prioritize results over the well-being of their team, often treating employees as mere tools for achieving those goals and is not afraid to chew you up and spit you out in front of everyone.
