Since joining the company more than a year ago the organization has embraced its difficult growth challenges head-on and has made remarkable progress with implementing new customer centric processes led by Lauren Gallagher the new VP Client Operations. Lauren led the company through a difficult but critical vendor and client onboarding transformation. I personally went from looking for a new job to actively recruiting friends to join Innovu. Leadership needs to keep focus on the cultural values that guided the company the past 6 months - this made the difference. Must keep hiring more people in vendor onboarding, PAC, data integration, data science, and technology development. You have great leadership within all of these teams.
