Be prepared to take an inflation based pay cut year on year regardless of your performance. - HR are unresponsive and slow to execute. Promise of implemented change is signalled then takes in excess of a year to come if it comes at all. - Little in the way of feedback loops for this team to drive accountability which erodes trust - Constantly reinventing itself, so difficult to feel a firm foundation in the whirlwind of constant change whether that is in organisational structure or in project tracking - Career paths are unstructured.
