      Pluspunten

      I experienced absolutely no positives in the 3 years I wasted at PPGI/Inrad. Nothing. Zero. Every day was worse than the day before. Left the best job I ever had to join this farce of an organization. Regretted it from the second week. If I had to say something positive it would be that I learned to rely on initial instincts. If you think something is bad, get out. It is not going to get any better. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Happiest day was the day I left. Counted down the hours until that final day.

      Minpunten

      The person whom I reported to, and recruited me for this position, was a martyr. He had to do everything himself and then would question why was not in my office at 6pm. If you do not need me at 10am, 1pm, or 3pm, don't bother looking for me after hours.

      Pluspunten

      Very knowledgeable people, everyone is willing to teach what they know. Lots of different, interesting things to work on. Investments in people and equipment happening at accelerating pace. Loads of work in the pipeline so very secure and stable future.

      Minpunten

      Lots of errors from the past still being corrected. Need more people to help push in the right direction. Output not keeping up with orders.

      Erratic or non existent management, horrible pay. Old unventilated, unreliable equipment.
