One of the best place for doing research in France. Great place to work. Smart people. Lot of means for doing research. Good atmosphere. Flexible time managment.

Minpunten

It is really hard to get a perment position. Depending of your advisor you can have an high pressure for publications.

Good work-life balance with 45 days of holiday and 2 days of home office per week. Good working and research climate.

Minpunten

Lower salary than in an industry job. It is difficult to get permanent contracts. The maximum time as a postdoc is 6 years.
