Their commitment to remote work allows employees the flexibility to create a comfortable and productive work environment tailored to their needs. Additionally, the unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy promotes a healthy work-life balance, giving employees the freedom to recharge and attend to personal matters without the worry of exhausting their vacation days.

However, as a former employee (I am a retiree) of Inseego, my candid review of the company's operations and culture, despite its purported motto of "Employees First," shows my experience and observations tell a different story. A glaring issue at Inseego is the stark disparity between executive compensation and employee treatment. While the CEO rakes in millions, employees like myself have seen no reward for my hard work and dedication for 3 years (not even COLA). Despite consistently positive, excellent yearly reviews, raises were nowhere to be found. Furthermore, the lack of investment in employee development and recognition reflects poorly on Inseego's commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Without opportunities for advancement or adequate compensation, employees feel undervalued, ultimately impacting productivity and overall company performance. And yet they are pushed to do more and more work, without additional compensation. In conclusion, my time at Inseego was marked by disappointment and frustration. Despite the company's stated commitment to putting employees first, the reality fell far short of this promise. Should you decide to work for Inseego, my only advice is to fight for a higher starting salary because that’s the salary you will have for years to come.
