Been working for Inserso 4 years and on the contract for a total of 13 years. The pay increases are lacking. Need better pay increases

Overall it’s been a great place to work! The team is helpful and people are willing to jump onto Teams to help you if you’re stuck on something. You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.

Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
