It’s always interesting to see how “company culture” can vary so dramatically between offices under the same leadership. For instance, the Malaysia team enjoys two days of work-from-home flexibility, while the Singapore team is trusted with just one. Apparently, consistency isn’t a core value.
Another fascinating pattern is how former employees are frequently described as having “behavioral issues” or “poor performance” after they leave. An impressive coincidence — especially considering the overwhelming majority seemed to be high-functioning contributors while they were still employed.
If performance was truly the issue, one might reasonably wonder how nearly 95% of former employees ended up falling into that category. That would suggest either an extraordinary concentration of underperformers… or perhaps something else worth reflecting on.
For anyone considering joining, it may be helpful to ask thoughtful questions about retention, internal mobility, and how feedback is handled — particularly when people decide to move on. Transparency is always a good sign.
