Pluspunten
It's pretty simple. I've been here close to 7 years, and there is a reason for it. No, it's not the money (but it's nice). You spend more time at work than you do with your life partner, children, or friends. when you spend that amount of time with the right people it makes it all worth while.
Benefits are great, more so than other large Montreal based companies, I enjoy the work life balance, but with that I understand as a leader in the company I may need to complete a task after the kids have gone to bed. You need to give a little to get a little. Insight has given me many opportunities to advance my career, they even paid for schooling to do so, and I'm being given the chance to go back to school to enhance my skill set for a second time, how many companies do that?
