      1. Management takes employee for granted. They change their policies whenever they want and no body has right to question. 2. Appointment letter is mere paper and the T&C mentioned in it might change after you join. 3. Taking a leave is a crime 4. Lot of politics 5. Tech Leads do not have any work. They pretend as if they r doing a lot of work. In reality its all zero. 6. No proper hikes 7. Promotions are joke 8. No perks 9. Work is not valued. 10.       Front line management is typically very employee focused and tries to help. I had many opportunities to learn a new skill or expand my own knowledge of the business and where I could help.

      Minpunten

      Don't expect timely raises to go along with your work output. It's discouraging to consistently not get meaningful raises and yet they are pouring money into unproven income streams like AI and continue to make acquisitions all while the stock price and employee moral plummets with it.
