Pluspunten
The culture that the Corporate Recruiters shoot to hire is great. I made some truly great friends working at Insight. Also, the trips were a huge plus. Junior Account Managers that take their own Recruiters out and expense all of their drinks and dinner is always fun.
Minpunten
The bad outweighs the good in every single way. Not only do the Sales Managers and Regional Managers have zero integrity, they extent their beliefs to Junior AM's. You are given extremely unrealistic numbers to hit every week, and if you don't hit them you are made to feel like you are not giving the company your best. The micromanaging in this company is UNREAL. Not only are the AM's always breathing down your throat, they're stressed because their Sales Managers are even worse on them. The company does not respect their employees or look out for them in the least. I worked there for over a year, and would never recommend this company to even a jobless new college grad. A few trips here and there and free dinners to not equivocate to how this company treats their employees.
