      Pluspunten

      The company offers you an excellent environment to work in day in and day out! There is a tremendous workload, but the potential for income and incentive trips is amazing. I would recommend Insight Global for any college graduate that is looking for a long term career with a new up and coming company!

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
