Pluspunten
The people are great. Everyone is the same age. The company hires people right out of college, (for a reason). I did learn a lot from being at Insight. Like, interacting with different levels of people like managers, VP's and candidates. It improved my confidence for understand business and development. Oh, and now i can make 100 calls in one hour like its nothing.
Minpunten
You basically are a slave. Work from 7:30 AM to sometimes 9:00PM. Very stressful environment. And you have assigned lunches... I had more freedom when I was 6 years old. You don't even care about the job at the end of the day. You just want to get your numbers up. There is no time to think, at all. This job honestly made me sick. Like, depressed and stressed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Now, whenever i hear a phone ring.. i run!
