This is a MAJOR red flag -Your opinions and concerns will not be listened to -Management will micro-manage you -Each department lives on their own set of rules and there is no consistency -Pay is SO low -Turnover is constant and your workload will consistently increase because so many people quit -Leaving this company and starting a new position was like night and day in the best way possible -I highly encourage people to quit and realize their potential else where -401k matching is $250 a year -Healthcare is SO expensive
