      Competitive compensation, nice building, promote within, fun giveaways/prizes/trips. Great place if you're young and white, I guess.

      Minpunten

      By far the worst company I worked for. The IT side: Toxic work culture, politics, everyone throws each under the bus, very tense, walk on eggshells, and long hours. No defined process, inefficiencies, redundancies. 3 minority females left/got let go within a month of each other which I found odd. However, not surprised with their huge diversity, equality, and inclusion problem. Leadership is awful and lacks any actual leadership qualities. Many were promoted from within as recruiters and never learned/developed any true IT skillset but somehow are leading initiatives. Normally, I don't care but it's clear they have no idea what they're doing. On the business/recruiter side, they hire a specific "type" -- young, attractive, WHITE females - 90%. They place a huge emphasis on appearance - wear heels/tan/etc. Everyone looks the exact same and have a very cliquish mentality.

      The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

      Minpunten

      Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
