really flexible and understanding about scheduling and time off. super easy to become a supervisor, all you have to do is snitch on coworkers and kiss you know what. tons of people have gone from associate to supervisor within days of being in production or even before getting into production. of course, they then know absolutely nothing and are worthless when it comes to associates needing help. they offer benefits but don't pay enough for anyone to actually afford them

Training is virtually non existent. When problems arise the solution is ALWAYS "just work through it". Software issues have plagued the entire team the entire 7 months I've worked for them. Managers DO NOT CARE about system issues or issues with management. Managers are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and when brought up, the solution is ALWAYS "deal with it or quit". They are CONSTANTLY training because people are quitting constantly.

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
