      I truly cannot put into words how Insight Global has benefited my professional career. This is a company where you get back everything you put in. You are in control of your success, and rewarded for hard work and achievements. They put the time and energy into developing their employees to reach their full potential. On a day to day basis I am rubbing elbows with C-Level executives and calling on Fortune 500 companies, and they have 100% prepared me to take on such a demanding client base. And another plus: you definitely can't beat the money.

      Sometimes the employees will put in long hours, but this is completely up to them and most definitely not required.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
