      The group I work with has become a good team and because the contact at Insight Global has been so easy to work with, I will credit her with this positve experence.

      Like any contract position compensation could be better, but in this economic environment it's okay. I answered "4" for questions that didn't apply to me.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
