4yWe are truly sorry to hear that you had this experience with your Manager and that it has provided a negative experience of the Company overall. We can assure you that the Company do take line management capability seriously and is of utmost importance for us to develop a successful and happy team. The Manager in question is no longer with us, so unfortunately we cannot relay your feedback.
There are onboarding guidelines in place that are continuously being improved and we do consider our Company values during the interview process. As a Company, we value our colleagues and can assure you that they are not just friendly on the surface, we are fortunate to have a strong team. This has been the only incident where a Manager has determined that your skills weren't aligned to the role during the probation process.
We hope that you have moved on to find a role that is a better match to your skillset.
