They don't give clear direction and ultimately you will have a train wreck in the school system and will be blocked. They will not back you up in the school if there are any issues. Beware because without a union you can be falsely accused by some thug students. It is their word that counts. They could report you for looking at your cell phone and you are fired. Don't waste your time.
