Insight is fast-paced, educational staffing start-up servicing school districts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As young company experiencing tremendous growth, there are a lot of opportunities both professionally and personally!
I started in Business Development, cultivating relationships and driving out sales. In my role, I worked directly with the President who was always there to assist and train our team. Whether attending meetings, discussing strategy, or reviewing data, he was there to provide support and feedback. After working in sales, I was offered a position on the Operations side of our organization working directly with our CEO. Our team is responsible for the successful implementation of all staffing programs in NJ and PA. Our CEO provides strong leadership and analysis without micromanaging.
I enjoy working with Insight because of the team atmosphere! Like any organization, there are "tough" times, but the fact that our CEO and President are willing to "get in the trenches" makes a huge difference. I'm also proud of the impact we have in classrooms; everyday our teachers/substitutes are working with thousands of students . . . it's humbling.
Overall, I would say Insight is an excellent opportunity. We are not a perfect company, but we work hard to make a positive difference in education.
