Pluspunten
Working at Insighte Childcare has been an incredibly meaningful learning experience for me. I joined in October 2022 as a child therapist and over time had the opportunity to grow into multiple roles including co-mentor, mentor, trainer, and also being part of SPOT’s core team. The organization gave me exposure to diverse cases, school environments, mentoring responsibilities, and interdisciplinary collaboration, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. One of the biggest strengths of Insighte is the amount of responsibility and leadership opportunities given even at a young stage in one’s career. The work itself is deeply fulfilling, especially if you are passionate about working with neurodivergent children and supporting families. I also appreciate the flexibility, supportive peer culture, and the opportunities for learning and upskilling through presentations, trainings, and discussions.

As the organization continues to grow, there are naturally a few areas where systems and processes are still evolving. However, many positive improvements have already been introduced over time, and it’s clear that the team is actively working towards building stronger systems and support structures.
