Pluspunten
The work environment provides a large amount of autonomy for the employees who work in the field offices. Lots of OT, benefits are okay, and you're eligible for 401k immediately. There are opportunities for advancement, although they might not be actively disclosed.
Minpunten
The work hours can be unpredictable, and often times will exceed 70-80 hours per week. Pay is low for the work being done, and raises are not easy to come by. There is a lack of corporate involvement - except for when the corporate office calls to complain. As a field office employee, access to management is non-existent. Calls to management and executive leadership are not returned.
