Pay transparency is also a gap; employees have little to no visibility into their total compensation, pay grade positioning, or band structure. Additionally, the open floor plan is a poor fit for teams that frequently take calls, creating unnecessary disruption;More broadly, there is a tendency to wait for problems to escalate rather than treating early feedback as an actionable signal
