Staying away from repugnant directors

Toxic environment, treating employees bad, hiring freshers no experience and unable to manage them. Horrible communication, disgusting behavior, ageism, tribal, manipulative, gas lighting, defensive, passive aggressive.

Payroll was processed promptly and without dispute.

I discovered late in my contract that the client was being charged over 3x the reasonable and customary markup rate for my field. I also learned that they acted in bad faith on at least one matter, and positioned another consultant in a clear conflict of interest (but possibly with the client's permission?) I cannot recommend them as an employer, nor can I with a clear conscience recommend them as a service provider.
